faqs + terms & conditions

- strictly no cancellation! no returns/refunds as well. in any case you are to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 25% of the price your claimed/ordered applies.
- all transactions are PAYO (pay as you order) unless otherwise stated. no reservations.
- a late payment fee of php 20.00 per day past the dop will be charged.
- all items are official & onhand, except for fanmade/designed paper goods/commissions.
- pre-order items may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. i will not be held responsible for any delays on the courier/shop's part. do not order/claim unless you agree to wait for your orders!
- item's condition will be fully disclosed before proceeding with the transaction. a telegram channel link will be provided for clearer videos upon request. please note that i am not liable for factory or manufacturing defects.
- no rush shipping! please give me time to pack your item/s. it may take 1-3 days.
- no cash on delivery, even through shopee checkout.
- a packing & packaging fee will be collected to make sure all items are packed securely. photos of the packaging will be sent accordingly. (for more details, please refer to the list provided)
- packing & packaging fees are subject to change depending on the size of the item/s, especially non-paper goods.
- not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
- no unboxing = no compensation. please provide raw unedited unboxing video if there is a problem with your parcel.
- only opt for shopee checkout at your own risk. please note that i am in no way liable for any loss or damage. i highly encourage opting for other mods for heavy/high value items.
